Our Founders
Movendi was founded in September 2018 in Charlottesville, Virginia by 2 life-long friends Erica May and Michael Noe. Over the last 15 years they have worked together at multiple companies gaining work experience as well as strong familiarity with each other. In 2018 they decided it was the right time to take their skills to the real estate world.

Erica May
Erica grew up in Barboursville, Virginia, attended grade school in Albemarle County and married a Charlottesville local, Patrick May. After living in Colorado, Erica and Patrick moved home to Charlottesville to start their family and now have two boys. Erica enjoys spending her time outside playing with her kids, hiking the Blue Ridge Mountains, golfing at Meadow Creek and Old Trail and skiing with her Father at Massanutten. After many years in the retail and restaurant industries, Erica was excited to pursue her career as Realtor with ERA Bill May Realty Company and Co-Owner of Movendi Properties with life-long friend Michael Noe. Erica has enjoyed working with her community and giving back through organizations such as The Arc of the Piedmont, Blue Ridge Food Bank, and Thomas Jefferson EMS Appreciation Week.
Michael Noe
Michael has lived up and down the East coast including Connecticut, Baltimore, Atlanta, Norfolk and Boston where he worked in construction, management and finance. He attended Virginia Tech and still follows Vt Football. While attending ODU he lived in Norfolk across from the beach. After moving to Boston to work in finance he is back in Virginia and wants to provide affordable housing in the Charlottesville area and became a real estate agent. He enjoys golfing, hiking, skiing, visiting friends around the country and going to the beach whenever he can. Michael also supports multiple charity organizations in the Charlottesville and Central Virginia areas.
